We take pride in serving your needs and wants by providing exceptional dentistry.
We understand it’s important that you feel comfortable with your choice of selecting our office and trusting us with your care. As with any new relationship, getting to know one another is the first step in determining whether or not our office will be a good ‘fit’ for you. It’s a great way to explore a new world of possibilities for your smile. Dr. Yazdani & Dr. Mortazie like to see the new patients first before scheduling any cleanings or other treatments.
We will send you The New Patient Registration Forms to fill out through e-mail and/or text. For your convenience, all these forms are electronic, so when you are completed, they will immediately go into your patient chart with our office. Please have these forms completed if possible two days before your appointment, so that we have time to review them, and tailor your visit to your wants and needs, as well as expedite your visit.
What To Expect From Your First Visit

This will include a set of digital photographs made of your mouth and dental x-rays. Shortly after one of the Doctors will see you for a comprehensive examination of your gums and teeth. You and the doctor will then be able to collectively discuss your concerns. Your first examination with us will be for an hour of our undivided attention.
